We provide diagnostic testing in your entire building to understand what may be causing your mold problem. This includes using a suite of professional tools, our knowledge of building science, a personal interview with you, and more.
We work with independent laboratories to detect invisible mold spores through agitated air samples and surface samples. We will help you digest and understand the results as well as make a plan for remediation if necessary.

Testing Options with Transparent pricing
The type and quantity of mold test you need may differ depending on your circumstances and desired outcomes. If you need a mold test, we offer 6 mold samples for $300, with additional samples $50. This is less than 1/2 the cost of other local mold inspection agencies. Note: This package does not include ERMI testing. ERMI testing is $300.
We take an air sample which is analyzed for either alive (viable) or dead (non-viable), mold spores. The spore count per m3 and species of mold are recorded.
We capture mold spores in a mold trap. Captured spores are then cultured on a Petri dish. Any living (viable) spores reproduce, and the species are identified and recorded.
A dust sample is collected and analyzed and cross-referenced against the DNA of 36 mold species. Based on the findings, a risk profile is calculated.
