Our approach to mold remediation can be broken into four steps.

Step 01 — We Find The Mold & Its Cause(s)

We will survey your property and identify the likely source(s) of the mold. Our team understands how mold works in a building, and the common sources of mold and moisture. We will use a range of tools and techniques to identify the cause.

Step 02 — We Make a Plan And Eradicate the Mold

We work with you to make a custom plan for your particular situation. Part of the plan is to help you resolve the source that is causing the mold. After the source is eliminated we use our patented dry fog technology, as well as other sanitation methods, to eradicate mold and spores in the entire building.

Step 03 — We Stop The Mold Coming Back

Our patented Dry Fog Technology Vs traditional "Wet Fog"

Dry Fog (Our Patented Technology)

Using positive air pressure, we fill your property with our sterilant, which we condense into tiny particles. This means that rather than condensing on surfaces, it rebounds from surfaces until the entire volume of airspace is filled, and the sterilant is touching every surface, penetrating every porous material, soft furnishing, and void. This creates an uninhabitable environment that mold cannot survive.

Wet Fog or Mist (Other Mold Remediators)

Aside from the costly and time-consuming approach to mold remediation that relies on extensive demolition, disposal and reconstruction, most modern methods employ a ULV spray application (wet fog). As the sterilant is distributed, much of it either condenses on surfaces or the larger droplets burst in the air, resulting in patchy and unpredictable coverage. This leaves much of the airborne mold unharmed, ready to take root once more.

Sterilant Permeates Everywhere

We apply our dry fog sterilant as well as other wet sanitation methods to eliminate spores and mold in the air and on surfaces. The machine we use to apply the sterilant as a fog condenses its molecular size. This means it can't readily condense on surfaces, but dwells in the air, killing 99.9% of airborne mold, as well as mold in and on surfaces.

We create positive air pressure until the fog reaches every conceivable space in the property. It eradicates mold everywhere it touches by chemically eroding the cell wall (lysis) and denaturing the protein within, rendering it into inert nothingness.

After a successful treatment, we apply our anti-microbial to building surfaces. The antimicrobial electrostatically attracts mold spores to it, eradicating them on contact. The mold spores are punctured by carbon spikes which, simply put, form a microscopic bed of nails. This ensures any new mold spores that enter the property are eradicated mechanically before they can take root.
